"Working with Lauren was incredibly helpful.
She does a wonderful job of normalizing thoughts and experiences and educating on how being a highly sensitive person folds into the thoughts/experiences being discussed. She is warm, welcoming, and an excellent listener. She really helped me understand what being a highly sensitive person means, what it looks like in my own life, and ways to embrace as well as support my personal needs."

Does this sound familiar?
As a highly sensitive person in a not-so-sensitive world, it can be easy to feel like YOU'RE the problem.
You often feel overwhelmed, stressed, frustrated, and resentful. You feel like you're not enough and wonder, "Why can't I just be like everyone else?"
You wonder why you feel things so deeply and wish that people would stop referring to you as "too sensitive," "dramatic," and "overly emotional."
If you could just figure out how to change, then things would be easier, right??
Guess what-- that's not true! There's nothing wrong with you (I promise!!). YOU'RE not the problem, the way that you take care of yourself is.
You feel stuck in what seems like an endless cycle of working, taking care of others, tending to your responsibilities, going to bed, waking up, and doing it all over again...only to continue feeling exhausted and confused about how to help yourself feel better.
You wish you had a deeper understanding of yourself and how to REALLY care for yourself as a highly sensitive person.

You wish you had the tools to practice effective self-care and maintain your well-being to stop feeling physically and emotionally drained all the time.

You wish you had more self-compassion and felt empowered to thrive in a world that sometimes feels too harsh.

You wish that you could set boundaries and prioritize your own needs without feeling guilty about it.

You wish you could view your sensitivity as a strength, but mostly view it as a burden.

You wish you knew how to connect with other HSPs who could relate to you and validate your experiences-- sometimes it feels like nobody understands.
Hi, I'm Lauren! I'm so glad that you found the Sensitive Self-Care Collective.
I want to let you know that I see you! This used to be me.
I felt overwhelmed, exhausted, and wondered why I couldn't seem to do what "everyone else" could. Why couldn't I work full time without constantly getting sick? Why did my social stamina run out so quickly? I was always there for others and was left feeling drained and resentful.
I knew that I needed to make some changes.
Over the past several years I have done some serious self-reflection, learned to set boundaries to protect my time and energy, and figured out how to take care of myself to feel more energized, balanced, and fulfilled.
The self-work I've done has lead to self-acceptance, the ability to say "no," the ability to speak to myself in a compassionate manner, and so much more.

And I've helped many clients over the years do this as well!
I absolutely LOVE working with other HSPs, and if any of this resonates with you, I would be honored to support you on your journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and self-care.
Here's what happens when you prioritize your self-care:
You'll feel more accepting of who you are, and you'll be able to approach yourself with self-compassion.
You’ll be able to be able to set boundaries and say "no" without feeling anxious and guilty.
You’ll feel more balanced and at ease, spending your days in a way that also leaves space for YOU and your needs.
All of this is more than possible for you!

When does the program start?Once you've been accepted into the Collective, the intro module will be available. Module 1 will unlock the following week, and a new module will unlock each week for 12 weeks. -
Do you offer payment plans?Yes! Payment plans start at $167/month.
-
How long do I have access to everything? You will have free access to my Monthly Membership (Meditations Library, journal prompts, Masterclass Library, and anything else that I add) for six months! (After six months, it is $23/month to continue your membership if you decide to do so.) Although the program is 12 weeks long, you will also have access to the community chat and live meetings for 6 months in order to still have that accountability when it comes to making positive changes in your life. Twelve weeks is a short amount of time to go through 12 modules AND implement all that you've learned AND feel GREAT about it, so staying in the community chat for longer will allow you to keep the support, accountability, and community connections.
