You've done the inner work.
So why do you still feel stuck?

You've read the books, tried therapy, and know yourself better than most people ever will. But something still feels heavy. You're still shrinking in relationships, still burning out, still lying awake replaying conversations.

You don't need more information. You need someone to help you go deeper — and actually feel different.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

You've already started healing.
And yet...

  • You absorb other people's emotions and leave every social situation completely drained

  • You second-guess yourself constantly, even when you know what you want

  • You say "yes" when you mean "no," then resent yourself for it

  • You feel emotions more intensely than the people around you, and wonder if something is wrong with you

  • You've made real progress in therapy, but still feel like you're living in survival mode

  • You crave deep connection but often feel too much for the people in your life

If you nodded along to even two of those, you're in the right place. Your sensitivity isn't the problem. The patterns built around it are, and those can change.

Meet Lauren

For as long as I can remember, I’ve felt deeply.

In high school and my early twenties, that depth showed up as anxiety, depression, and constant self-doubt.

I tried to quiet my emotions, be who others wanted me to be, and support other people as much as I could. But the more I ignored my needs and my boundaries, the heavier everything became.

My healing truly began when I made the conscious decision to be kind to myself.

I started setting boundaries to protect my time, energy, and peace.

I learned how to care for myself, not from a place of guilt or perfection, but from self-compassion.

I learned to accept who I am and to release what no longer aligned, whether in habits, relationships, or old versions of myself.

Through my own healing journey, I’ve discovered that sensitivity isn’t something to overcome— it’s a powerful gift that, when supported, becomes your greatest strength.

Now, I hold space for other highly sensitive souls to heal, grow, and come home to themselves.

Client testimonial picture

When I first met Lauren I was unsure about coaching, and I quickly warmed up to the experience. When we first started working together, I guess I was a skeptic across the board, because I wasn't sold on this whole "HSP" term either! Yet, I was coming in with a lot of sensitivities and bigger emotional reactions than I felt appropriate to the stimulus.

Working with Lauren was incredibly helpful. She does a wonderful job of normalizing thoughts and experiences and educating on how being a highly sensitive person folds into the thoughts/experiences being discussed. She is warm, welcoming, and an excellent listener. She really helped me understand what being a highly sensitive person means, what it looks like in my own life, and ways to embrace as well as support my personal needs.

With Lauren's psychoeducation about being an HSP, as well as attending HSP community meetings, I came to a level of acceptance and appreciation of HSP qualities that I didn't think I could get to! Her help allowed me to unlock a lot more self acceptance, internal peace, and easier ways to manage big reactions! Because of our work together, I have a better understanding of HSPs, much better tools to support sensitivities, and finally found normalization/community in being an HSP which really helps accept the HSP experiences.

You don’t need to change who you are to heal.

You just need a space that helps you remember your wholeness.

If you’re ready to release what’s weighing you down and step into deeper peace, clarity, and self-acceptance,
