Hi, tender-hearted mama of littles!
If you're craving a way to meet your own needs and still be completely hands-on and present with your child, handle meltdowns without spiraling, and actually feel joyful and confident in your parenting…
Give me one hour every other week, and I’ll show you how to raise an emotionally healthy, well-adjusted child while fully embracing and enjoying this season of motherhood!
Your big-hearted, empathetic, feel-all-the-feels-deeply personality is your strength as a mom. As your mentor, I’ll help you take care of yourself, trust your maternal instincts, and create a nurturing environment for everyone in your home (including you!).
Through personalized support, mindset shifts, and practical strategies, I help empower sensitive moms to reconnect with their needs, set healthy boundaries, and build a support system so they can nurture both themselves and their little ones with balance and joy.
You absolutely can be the calm, present, loving mother you want to be while also meeting your own needs.
But doing BOTH– mothering well and taking care of yourself– can feel impossible, I know.
Especially if you’re an HSP– highly sensitive person. (Don’t worry, this isn’t a "bad" thing, it’s actually one of your biggest strengths!)
Here are some signs you might be an HSP and that you’re in the right place for support:
You love being a mom, but it’s not feeling how you thought it would. The joy is there… somewhere underneath the overstimulation, the self-doubt, the constant pressure to do it “right.”
You feel a panic rise in your chest when the floor is covered in crushed goldfish crackers, even though everyone around you seems to be carrying on with their day as if all those crumbs were invisible!
You melt at the tiniest smile from your baby… but wonder why your partner, while excited, doesn’t seem to feel anything close to the level of awe and wonder at this miracle as you do.
You feel like you’re constantly on edge— one loud noise away from snapping, even when nothing “major” is going on. The dishes are clinking, the toddler’s singing, and your baby just started crying… again. You love your family deeply, but your nervous system is fried.
You’re always “on,” anticipating everyone’s needs before they even say a word—yet you feel invisible and guilty for even thinking about your own needs. You wonder how other moms make this look effortless while you feel like you’re drowning in emotions no one else seems to feel as deeply.

I get it-- you were so excited to be a mom, but having a baby is a big adjustment.
Maybe this sounds familiar to you— I've been there too:

It’s 2 a.m. The baby is crying—again—and you’re torn between exhaustion and love. The sound feels deafening, like it’s vibrating through every nerve in your body. You pick up your baby, and their little face melts your heart. Yet, at the same time, you’re overwhelmed by the weight of their needs, the lack of sleep, and the endless cycle of feedings and diaper changes.

If you’re a sensitive mom, this moment might feel both magical and utterly overwhelming. That’s the duality of motherhood for someone with a highly sensitive nervous system. You experience life—and parenting—with incredible depth, but that depth can sometimes feel like too much.

Being a highly sensitive person means that your nervous system is finely tuned.
This sensitivity brings a profound capacity for love and connection, but it also means you’re more prone to overstimulation, overwhelm, and burnout.

As the mom of a baby or toddler, you face unique challenges. The early years are demanding—constant caregiving, sleepless nights, and a complete upheaval of your identity. For an HSP, this stage can be particularly draining.
You process everything more deeply--your baby’s cries, their tiniest smiles, the advice (and judgment) of others, and even the mess on the floor that never seems to disappear.
But here's what I know for certain: Your sensitivity is not a weakness. It’s a strength.
You may have been told that exhaustion and overwhelm are "just part of motherhood," but the truth is...
While the transition from no kids to having kids is huge, you absolutely can still care for and nurture yourself and be the calm, present mom you want to be.

Before I had my daughter, I DID have my self-care figured out, and I was thriving. But I knew that having a baby would change all of this, and boy, did it ever!

I had to re-figure out how to take care of myself as a mother, and it took a while. As a stay-at-home mom, I felt it difficult to separate from my daughter for a long time-- not because I felt like I had to be with her all the time, but because I WANTED to be with her all the time. But as time went on, I could feel that not tending to my needs was taking a toll on my well-being, and I knew things had to change.

I took my knowledge of what I had previously done for my self-care and, using my support system and making small mindset shifts, found ways to make it work. I'd love to help you do the same!

Because here's what happens when you have a self-care routine that actually works for you as a highly sensitive mom-- one that works for you without adding more to your plate.
You set boundaries with confidence, ask for help when you need it, and no longer feel guilty for prioritizing your well-being. You feel calm, present, and connected with your child, modeling the self-care and emotional regulation you want them to learn. You no longer feel like you’re running on empty, trying to meet everyone’s needs but your own. Instead, you feel empowered to honor your sensitivity, recognizing it as a strength rather than a struggle.
You’ve learned how to protect your energy, say no without guilt, and create a home environment that feels peaceful and supportive. When challenges arise, you respond with patience and presence, knowing you have the tools to regulate your emotions and support your child through theirs.
You finally feel like the mom you’ve always wanted to be—one who is present, loving, and truly thriving.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
60 Minute Bi-Weekly Calls
This is your sacred space to grow, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and your motherhood.

Over six months, we’ll meet every other week for private mentorship calls designed to support you deeply and intentionally. These sessions are where you’ll finally have space to slow down, exhale, and be fully seen—not just as a mom, but as you.

Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck in survival mode, gently untangle the overwhelm, and begin to rebuild from a place of calm and clarity. You’ll learn to hear and trust your maternal intuition, set boundaries that honor your energy, and begin showing up in motherhood with confidence and presence.

This biweekly rhythm is intentional—it gives you time to breathe between sessions, to practice, reflect, and begin to embody the shifts we explore. Then we meet again to celebrate your progress, work through what’s coming up, and continue moving forward with care and intention.

These calls are more than coaching—they're grounding, supportive, and transformational conversations where you’ll feel held, heard, and empowered to create a parenting experience that actually feels good to you.

You don’t have to keep just getting by. Let’s walk this journey together—from reactive to calm, from chaos to peace, from questioning to trusting yourself again.
Ongoing Support—Right in Your Pocket
Transformation doesn’t just happen during our calls—it unfolds in the everyday moments between them. That’s why you’ll have access to me via Voxer (a voice and text messaging app) for support throughout your six-month journey.

Whether you're navigating a hard day, celebrating a breakthrough, or just need a little grounding when things feel overwhelming, I’m just a message away. You can reach out for encouragement, accountability, clarity, or a gentle reminder that you’re not alone.

This isn’t just about having someone to talk to—it’s about having someone who gets it. Someone who understands the tender, messy, beautiful intensity of being a highly sensitive mom. Someone who can help you reconnect with your intuition and remind you of your strength—even on the days that you feel anything but strong.

Voxer access is your bridge between sessions—a steady, supportive thread that weaves through your week, helping you stay connected to your growth and grounded in who you’re becoming.
A Resource Library Created Just for You
When you join this 1:1 mentorship, you also unlock lifetime access to the full Empowered HSP Membership resource library—a carefully curated collection of tools, practices, and support created specifically for highly sensitive souls like you.

Inside, you’ll find gentle self-care strategies, calming meditations, empowering masterclasses, journal prompts, and more—all designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and show up as the calm, confident mom you want to be.

These aren’t just resources—they’re a soft place to land when life feels too loud. They’re your reminder that you don’t have to do this alone, that you are supported, and that your sensitivity isn’t a weakness—it’s a superpower when you’re resourced well.

You’ll have access to these tools for life, so even after our six months together, you’ll still have a nurturing hub to return to whenever you need a little extra support or inspiration.
Monthly Small-Group Zoom Gatherings with the Empowered HSP Community
You weren’t meant to do this alone!

Alongside our 1:1 sessions, you’ll be invited to join monthly Zoom gatherings with the Empowered HSP Community—a small, supportive circle of fellow highly sensitive people who get what it’s like to feel deeply, care deeply, and sometimes get overwhelmed by it all.

These monthly meetings are a gentle space to exhale, be seen, and connect. We come together to share insights, celebrate wins, talk through challenges, and remind one another that we’re not alone. It’s where your growth is nurtured, not just by me—but by a community of kind, intuitive souls walking a similar path.

It’s not just about support. It’s about feeling belonging. And for many HSPs, that can be the difference between staying stuck and truly thriving.

This blend of personal mentorship and heartfelt community is one of the most powerful parts of this program—and it’s here to hold you every step of the way.
Support from Someone Who Truly Gets It
You don’t have to explain why you’re crying over spilled milk (literally, right?)—or why loud toys, constant noise, or the weight of everyone’s needs feels like too much.

I’m not just a mentor. I’m a highly sensitive mom, too. I’ve felt the chaos and the magic. The overstimulation and the soul-stirring love. I know how heavy it can feel to carry it all, especially when your sensitivity feels more like a burden than a strength.

That’s why this mentorship isn’t clinical or surface-level. It’s heart-centered. Compassionate. Rooted in deep understanding.

Together, we’ll create space for your sensitivity to be seen, respected, and celebrated—and I’ll walk with you every step of the way, not as someone who’s above you, but as someone who’s been there and gets it.
THE BALANCE FRAMEWORK:
A 6 MONTH JOURNEY TO CALM, CONFIDENCE, & SELF-NOURISHMENT
The BALANCE Program is a 1:1 mentorship program designed to help you create a life where you feel grounded, nurtured, and in control of your well-being as a highly sensitive mother. This isn’t just another self-care program that tells you to take bubble baths and get more sleep. Instead, it dives deep into the heart of your needs, guiding you to set boundaries, embrace self-care that truly works for you, and break free from the patterns that leave you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.
Following the BALANCE framework, we will work together on:

-
Boundaries: We'll identify where boundaries need to be set in your life to protect your time, energy, and well-being, and to meet the needs of your little.
-
Awareness: We'll assess what drains and replenishes your energy and help you become aware of your strengths as a highly sensitive mother.
-
Love: We'll identify the changes needed to ensure you receive the self-care you truly deserve while also exploring your thoughts and emotions about motherhood—gently transforming self-criticism into kindness and compassion.
-
Acceptance: Through 1:1 coaching and connecting with a group of other HSPs, you will increase your understanding and acceptance of yourself as a highly sensitive person.
-
Nurturing: We will figure out how you can best support yourself as a mother and as your own person, and we will explore ways to ask to lean on others for support and ask for help when needed.
-
Calm: You will learn techniques to manage big emotions and feelings of overwhelm for yourself as well as tools to help your little co-regulate.
-
Empowerment: You will become empowered to create a self-care routine that works for you, set boundaries, and build a support system in order to truly support yourself and your little.
Say goodbye to overwhelm, exhaustion, and self-doubt, and hello to balance, confidence, and a nourishing self-care routine.
